As a founding member of the Water Babies team, Janice Walker was involved in just about every part of the company, before deciding that running her own franchise had to be infinitely easier than helping to run everyone else’s!
It’s a brave person who joins his partner in work as well as play, but Arran MacDonald proved to be just that man when he left the security of the computing industry for the rigorous demands of working with Janice!
Kathy Dickinson, Tracey Preiss and Beck Lawrence are the other friendly voices found answering the office phone (and yes, everyone does sound very similar!) Finally there’s a whole raft of wonderful instructors: Rachel Pearce, Beck Lawrence, Sam Coates, Sarah Peacock, Sheonagh Clarke, Stella Riley, Innes Newbon, Louise Noon and Lyndsey French. All unique, the thing that unites them is their huge enthusiasm for teaching baby swimming, most having completed the course with their own children too.
