All of the pools in which we operate are heated to 30° or above. Babies under 12 weeks or 5.4 kgs need to begin lessons in a hydrotherapy or extra warm-water pool.

In case your baby occasionally feels cold we have baby wet suits available to borrow at the poolside. However, we do recommend that you buy your own wet suit or baby snug at the start of the course. Try one of ours when you begin and you'll be amazed at how warm your baby's chest feels at the end - a real bonus for when you take your baby for practice sessions at your local pool.
